He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian DeVito and Vivienne Snyder DeVito. He is survived by: his wife Kim Beebe of Bethany; his siblings, Mark DeVito, Ray DeVito (Sue) of Mokena and Karla DeVito (Robby Benson); his mother-in-law Betty Beebe of Bethany; his nephew Zephyr Benson Segal (Elizabeth); his great-nephew Ezra; his niece Lyric Fergusson (Asher); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kingsley and Aurora; and his cousin Bob Braeunig.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
