He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Webner and Ruth Culver Webner; and his sons, Roger and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Closson; his children, Teresa Wade (David) of Cape Coral, Brian Webner (Linda) of LeRoy and Daniel Webner (Brooke) of Bethany; his grandchildren, Addison Webner (Samantha), Seth Webner (Kaylee), Lydia Webner, Brandon Webner, Zach Wade and Kyle DuBois; and his siblings, John Webner (Margaret) of Strasburg, Zona Doty of Strasburg and Wanda Kastl (George) of Decatur.
Memorials are suggested to the Bethany United Methodist Church.
