She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Jackson and Ruth Jackson (Davis); her brother Clayton Jackson; her son Christopher L. Bay; and her husband Robert Anzelc of Decatur.
She is survived by: her sister Teresa Glick (Jackson); her sons, James R Yeager (Allison) and Adam R Yeager; and her granddaughter Raegan.
