He is survived by: his wife Juanita Case of Streator; his son Thomas Case Jr. (Teresa) of Belleville, IL; his granddaughters, Savannah Crowder of St. Louis, MO, Megan Hudnell (Nick) of Nashville, TN and Payton Case of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild Charlotte Hudnell; and his sister-in-law Lisa Gonzalez of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
