He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Amy Luethy; and his former wife Celine. He is survived by: his children, Mary Anne Bolle (Don), Susan Carmody, Laurence E. Carmody (Katie), Ron Carmody (Leigh), Michael Carmody (Leanne) and Kathleen Carmody; and his stepchildren, Laura Johnson (Robert), Matthew Schulze (Laura) and Jill Bassi (Charles).
