He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger Simmons and Pauline Conner; and his brother Roger. He is survived by : his daughter Rachel; his grandchildren, Heaven and Raphael; and his siblings, Rosalind, Ramon and Patrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
