He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jumper Jumper and Roberta Jumper; his siblings, Joe Jumper, Burton Perez, Loraine Coleman, James "Red" Jumper, Tommy Jumper, Timmy Jumper, Anita Jumper and Deloris Jumper; his sons, Jason Tipsord (Shae) and Kyle Wallace; and his close friend Percy Buckley. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Western Avenue Community Center (600 N Western Ave, Bloomington, IL 61701).
