He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Futia and Alma Jean McGuire Futia; and his brothers, Frank and James Futia. He is survived by: his wife Carey A. Perkins of Ft. Myers, FL; his daughter Kirsten Futia (Christian Garcia) of Lansing; his stepdaughter April Capsel of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Ellie Garcia and Deontay Andrews; and his sisters, Linda Frey (Rick), Judy Thomas (Larry Eickman) of Hanover Park and Theresa Farnsworth (Phil). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
