With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Heller of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Matuszek and Estelle Matuszek; her husband John Heller; her children, Patricia Heller, Susan Heller Goforth and Michael Heller; and her siblings, Therese Matusek Fiorella, Jack and George Matusek.

She is survived by : her daughter Mary Heller Tripeny (Tony); and her grandchildren, Katheryn Tripeny, Nico Tripeny (Angie), Matthew Goforth (Becca) and Katie Hayden (Adam). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Epiphany Catholic Church (1000 E College Ave, Normal, IL 61761). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be directed to Epiphany Catholic Church or Central Catholic High School.
