He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred B. and Mary E. Dicken (Wright); and his brother Danny Dicken. He is survived by: his children, Billy Dicken (Jessica) of Apex, NC and Debra Ottomeyer (Kevin) of Wheat Ridge, CO; his granddaughter Ashlyn Dicken; his siblings, James Ralph Dicken, Floyd "Glenn" Dicken (Terri), Wanda Evans, Jerry Dicken (Carla) and Fred Dicken (Janny); and his sister-in-law Doris Dicken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Country Club (605 Towanda Ave, Bloomington, IL 61701).
Memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Ladies Aid.
