We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025, Brenda Carter of Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Mildred Brown (Payton). She is survived by: her husband David Lee Carter; her sons, David Michael Carter (Christina) and Jeremy Joseph Carter; her grandchildren, Gavin, Addisyn and Landyn; and her siblings, Bill Brown (Nancy), Ronnie Brown (Connie), Donnie Brown (Judy) and Bev Wright (Ted). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105), a cause dear to Brenda's heart.
