He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. McIntosh and Ruth King McIntosh; his wife Elizabeth Halfyard; his sisters, Frances Glaser, Marilyn McMullen and Shara Lee; his niece Sandy Knapp; and his nephew Stanley McMullen.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer McIntosh of Normal, IL, John McIntosh (Patty) of Mahomet, IL, Jane Kleid (Keith) of Coppell, TX, Jeff McIntosh (Ellen) of Stratham, NH and Joseph McIntosh (Jerry Gemmecke) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Sarah Jane Chapman (Noah), Robert, Adam Kleid and Molly Bassett (Tommy). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Bloomington Wesley United Methodist Church, The Baby Fold or Cisco United Methodist Church, Cisco, IL.
