He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carlos and Eva Esther Holt Fowler; and his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his wife Pat of Bloomington; his sons, Scott Fowler of Streator and Todd Fowler of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Ruth Wedding of Texas and Harold. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
