He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan (Schaefer); his son Sam; his stepdaughter Melody; and his siblings, Ellen Miles, Nancy Smith, Janine Wagner, Brian Wagner and Carl Wagner.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial (1104 N Main St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Mary Catholic Church (108 E Washington St, Downs, IL 61736). A burial was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (180 Denham Rd, Goodfield, IL 61742).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to BSA Troop 2018, c/o First United Methodist Church, 201 N. Chestnut St., Le Roy, IL 61752.
