He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Rushing and Barbara Rushing; and his half-sisters, Deloris Legrand, Ruby Rushing and Wanda Rushing.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Boelke (Arthur) of North Carolina, Cliff Rushing of Hudson, IL and Clinton Rushing; his half-sister Mildred Turner (Jerry) of Texas; his close friend Kathy Furst; Shelby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
