It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Mae Evans of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Koester and Rufina Durdel Koester; her stepfather Ralph Bahde; and her siblings, Wayne, Richard, Paul, Robert, Otha and Ruth Deadmond.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Evans; her daughter Kelsi Evans of Lexington, Illinois; her siblings, Dwight Koester (Brenda) of Bloomington, Rose Harsch of Neoga, Illinois. and Bonnie Lawrence of Neoga, Illinois.; and her siblings-in-law, Joe and Marilyn Evans of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to Illinois Cancer Care, Bloomington, IL, Faith Lutheran Church of McLean County, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
