She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley C. Frazier and Dorothy E. Frazier (Carlisle); and her siblings, Diane Warrick, Judith Taylor, Scott Frazier and David Frazier.

She is survived by: her sons, Peter "Nick" Gammelgard IV of Jefferson, CO and Ryan Gammelgard (Amy) of Bloomington, IL; her grandsons, Benji and George Gammelgard; her former husband Peter N. Gammelgard III (Rockville, MD); Phillip (Carole) and Samuel Frazier of Greenwood, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Most Holy Eucharist Parish or Corpus Christi Catholic School, both in Bloomington.
