He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Calhoon and Ivetta Rediger Calhoon; his brothers, Roger Rediger Calhoon and James Richard Calhoon; and his great grandchild Leland Hull.
He is survived by: his sons, David Calhoon Normal (Janis), Gary Calhoon Downs (Joellen Scott) and Paul Calhoon Normal (Jennie); his grandchildren, Nick Calhoon (Michelle), Jessica Hull (Travis), McKenna Calhoon and Quinton Calhoon; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Calhoon (Lizzy).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 313 South Main (313 S Main St, Bloomington, IL 61701).
