David E. Fenton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Fenton of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Fenton and Selma W. Fenton (Anderson); and his brother Paul Fenton. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Fenton of Bloomington; his children, Allin D. Fenton (Teresa) of Dallas, Chad Kloter (Kalene) of Eureka and Nathan A. Kloter of Goodfield; his sister Rosemary Fenton of Nebraska; his grandchildren, Taylor Rassi (Kaleb), Brady Kloter, Lauren Kloter, Heather Fenton, Jessica Diaz (Lucas) and Michael Fenton; his great grandchildren, Rogan Kloter, Crew Rassi and River Diaz; his mother-in-law Eileen Abel; and his sisters-in-law, Geri Abel and Jodie Scogin (Randy).
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial (1104 N Main St, Bloomington, IL 61701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be dedicated to VFW Post 454, American Legion Post 56, or Tunnels to Towers.
