He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Millard Hume and Gertrude Churchill Hume; his wife Jane P. Lepper; his brother Roger; his children, Cindy Hume of Colfax, CA, Amy Dwyer (John) of Atlanta, GA, Scott Hume (Barb) of Bloomington, Stephen Hume (Sherri) of Bloomington and Jonathan Hume (Kristy) of Bloomington; and his sister Martha Jahnke of Normal. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
