It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Sumrall of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sumrall and Leola Sumrall (VanArsdale); his daughter Kate Hartrick; his stepfather Earl Tibbs; and his aunts and uncles, Sim, Sam VanArsdale, Rose and Karen VanArsdale.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Littrell; his daughter Jennifer McGinnis; his stepdaughters, Carol Gaither, Tracy Wheeler and Fran Izer (John); his siblings, Richard Sumrall (Teri), Tim Tipsord (Denise) and Linda Sumrall; his uncle Sonny VanArsdale; his niece Abby Antunez; his cousin Rick VanArsdale (Kim); and his friend Paul.
He wanted memorials to go to St. Jude Research Hospital.
