She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Stuart Perkins. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Judy Nelson of Bloomington; her husband Mike; her children, Steven Perkins (Margaret) of Bloomington, Ashley VanNote (Jason) of Bloomington and Curtis Perkins of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Abigail Link, Wyatt, Bryant Perkins, Ryleigh Baines, Jordan, Brently and Jasper Van Note; her brother Sean Nelson of Texas; her nieces, Jordan and Kalya Nelson; her nephew Treyton Shickel; her great-nieces, Jade and Emery; and her mother-in-law Kathleen Perkins of LaFayette, Illinois. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
