It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ellen Fetters of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin C. Bishop and Marilyn Harbert (Whittaker); her siblings, Linda Bishop and Lester Bishop; and her pet Mowgli.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Bullard (Matt) of Washington, IL; her stepson Damon Fetters (Jamie) of Peoria, IL; her sisters, Denise Kucavik (Larry) of Germantown Hills, IL and Diane; and her grandsons, Lincoln, Edison and Hudson Bullard.
