She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L Hayworth and Frances Berkshire Hayworth; her husband James "Jim" Edwin Walker; her brother-in-law Gerald LaVoie; her nephew Jeffery; and her great-nephew Marcus.

She is survived by: her partner Amy Adelman; her sisters, Karen LaVoie of Bloomington and Janice Grim (Earl) of Bloomington; and her nieces and nephews, Jackie Curtis (Bud), Sara Shadday (Reid), Brian LaVoie (Pam) and Marc Grim (Diann). She is also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, two great-nieces and many dear friends.
