He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Sides and Bythenia Slater Sides. He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Armstrong; his children, Brett (Jodi), James, Donna, Eric and Vinnie; his grandchildren, Owen, Drew and Reese; and his siblings, Susie, Sybil, Gary and Barry.
