She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Melvin Skaggs and Amanda F. Benedict Skaggs; her husband Robert D. Driscoll; her daughter Melinda "Mindy" Slate; her granddaughter Dayna Minder; and her brother Thomas Skaggs.

She is survived by: her children, Cara Bean of New Albany, OH, Robert, Cherilyn Sytar of Bloomington, Rob Driscoll of Sunset Beach, CA, Paula Wood of Austin, TX and Scot Driscoll (Steve Driscoll) of Peoria; and her siblings, Lora Brown of Apopka, FL and Donald Skaggs of Florence, AZ.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Diabetes Research Institute or the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
