She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hirst and Evelyn Leigh Hirst; her spouse Hillard S. "Hy" Roznowski; her stepfather Stan Hirst; and her daughter Teri Tjaden.

She is survived by: her children, Leigh Ann Leigh (Joe) and Michael Roznowski (Dawn); her grandchildren, Matthew Knapp (Michelle), Gretchen Sly (James), Lindsey Harig, David Tjaden (Megan), Chris Roznowski, Drew Roznowski and Damon Roznowski; and her son-in-law Doyle Tjaden. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or OSF Hospice.
