He is survived by: his former spouse Carylyn Fuhrer; his wife Teresa "Tess" Royal; his children, Deron Powell (Kristi) of Lincoln, IL, Eric of San Francisco, CA and Andrea Ingwersen (Clark) of East Peoria, IL.; his grandchildren, Haley, Carly, Bowen, Emilee, Lauren, Max and Reid; and his friends, Bloomington and Normal.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Times Past Inn (1216 S Towanda Ave, Bloomington, IL 61701).
Memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society of Logan County in Lincoln IL.
