She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Christian Roth and Alma Helen Roth (Sauer); and her husband Jerry Frank Rodriguez. She is survived by: her siblings, John Roth (Barb) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Beverly Wagner (Jim) of Saginaw, Michigan; her daughters, Angelica Elaine Rodriguez and Colleen Marie Brown (Kevin); her granddaughters, Lauren Renee Wilken (Cooper) and Julia Grace Brown; and her family Jesus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made in Elaine's honor to Breakthrough T1D or Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington, Illinois.
