She was predeceased by: her parents, Park Reeves and Mabel Reeves; her husbands, Eugene T. Biddle, James P. Craig and Rudolph A. Bizyak; her children, Constance England (Connie), James D. Craig (Donnie) and Bonnie J. McClure; her siblings, Park "Pete" Reeves Jr., Donald Reeves, Ralph Reeves, Pearl Weirman and Lucille Treece; her stepdaughter Antoinette "Toni" Breiter; and her grandchildren, Kristen Brieter, Karl Brieter and Heroshi Bizyak.

She is survived by: her stepson Rudolph "Skip" Bizyak Jr.; and her grandchildren, Gayla Dial (Jack), Deborah Craig, Michael England (Collette), Eric E. England (Lisa), Adam England (Jolena) and Glenda Drosten (Chuck). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials can be made in Elva's name to the American Cancer Society or the National Kidney Foundation.
