He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emerson Moore and Gladys Moore (Stroud); his wife Evelyn "Irene" Hamrick Moore; his children, Rhonda Kaufman (Kent) of Cissna Park, Illinois, Sandra Nichols (Duane) of Greenville and Mark Moore (Kirsten) of Mackinaw, Illinois; and his siblings, Alice Bartlett, Erna Miller, Linda Jacobs, Larry Moore and Kevin Moore. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to: Freedom Baptist Church, RHMA, Morton, Illinois Mackinaw Rescue Squad.
