He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Garcia (Gonzales) and Adelfin Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Josefina Garcia (Mendiola) of Bloomington; his sons, Felipe Cedeno of Bloomington and Ismael Cedeno of Bloomington; and his siblings, Maria Auxilo of Mexico, Cruz Garcia of Mexico and Angel Garcia of Normal. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
