He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis and Elvare Franklin Garrett; and his wife Joyce Stiger Sellberg. He is survived by: his children, Allen Garrett of Gibson City, Timothy Garrett of Gibson City, Lisa Garrett (Kerry Oneal) of Gibson City, Joyce of Bloomington, Bill, Jr. Sellberg (Joan) of Bloomington, LeRoy of Bloomington, Cindy Oyler (Randy) of Bloomington, Cerra Gordo of Bloomington, Kathy Sellberg of Bloomington, Tom Sellberg (Linda) of Bloomington and Tony Sellberg (Teri); his grandchildren, Cody Garrett, Shelby Garrett, Joshua Garrett, Benjamin Garrett, Jordan Greenlee, Leslie Bell, Tina Mattingly, Wes Lindley, JW Sellberg, Jayme Knapp, Kari Elam, Brooke Carcamo, Madison Sellberg and Cody Sellberg; and his sister Irene Fulkerson. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
