He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Daniels and Bessie Daniels (Hunter); his wife Marilyn Slown; his siblings, Leigh, Roy, Ray, Joe, Gene, Georgia and Virginia; and his stepson Troy Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Daniels of Bloomington and Chris Daniels (Sloan) of Bloomington; his granddaughters, Emily Daniels and Hali Lockett (Matt); his stepchildren, Scott Anderson, Jody Anderson and Stacy Anderson; his great grandchild Wesley; his stepgrandchildren, Mitch, Luke, Gracie, Chloe and Sadie; and his close friend Judy Vits of Bloomington.
Memorials are suggested to the Parkinson Foundation or the Sullivan Southern Baptist Church.
