He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Poling and Hazel Poling (Butler). He is survived by: his wife Carol Poling (Grider); and his children, Jim Poling (Deb) of Traverse City, MI, Jeff Poling and Cindy Barker (John) of Cedar Falls, IA. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
