We bid farewell to Jane Crowley of Bloomington, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 15, 2025 at the age of 73. Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob Randolph and Mary Jane Pursell (Picard); her husband Dennis "Denny" Crowley; her children, Josh Crowley (Kate), Jessie Crowley (David Maia) of Princeton, TX and Terry Crowley (Jessica); her grandchildren, Abby and Alex Crowley; and her siblings, Jacob "Bud" Pursell (Lorrie), Pam Demmin of Melbourne, IA and Karen Pursell (Tom Robinson). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews as well as countless friends.
Her generosity extended beyond her circle, sewing blankets for local animal rescue organizations to honor her beloved rescue dog, Laya, and creating thousands of masks during the COVID-19 pandemic to help keep her community safe.
The family also requests that donations be made to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee in lieu of flowers.
