He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Garver (Felter); and his grandparents, Gene, Charlotte Felter, Paul and Maxine Garver.
He is survived by: his father Duane Garver of Bloomington; his sons, Jacob Garver (Jacklynn) of Killeen and Matt Garver of Decatur, Illinois; and his sister Lisa Boyd. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
