He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelley Fletcher; his parents, Audrey Fletcher and Jesse Fletcher; and his sister Judy Wells. He is survived by: his wife Sue Fletcher of Bloomington, Illinois.; his children, Michael Fletcher (Beth) of McKinney and Julie Newton (Jared) of Normal, Illinois.; and his niece Kathy Bumeter.
