He is survived by: his father Harley Curtis; his wife Kathy Curtis (Waggoner); his children, Arinne Dickson (Matthew) of Bristol, Illinois and Braden Curtis (Calli); his grandchildren, Rachel, Kerri Dickson, Owen, Rhyle (Ellie), Livia, Tate, Miles and Graham Curtis; and his siblings, Nora Christensen (Harold) of Sioux Falls and Tom Curtis of Greendale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Bloomington.
