He is survived by : his children, Patricia Johnson (Wayne) of Hoffman Estates, IL, Dale Sturm (Shawna) of Wausau, WI, Pamela List (Nelson) of Braidwood, IL, Ronald Sturm (Pam) of Highland Park, IL, Allen Sturm of Glendale Heights, IL, Paul Sturm and Paulette Miller (Dan) of Athens, AL; his grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Kimberly Mikul, Josh Sturm, Collin Sturm, Jennifer Bratko, Jason List, Tamara Bohac, Laura Sturm, Amaris Sturm and Christopher Miller; his great grandchildren, Avery Mikul, Kade Mikul, Eleanor Sturm, Wesley Sturm, Henry Sturm, Jackson Bratko, Sara Bratko, Hailey Bohac, Hunter Bohac, Alley Bohac and Wyatt Bohac; his sister Evelyn Rinnert of Colorado Springs, CO; and his close friend Ruth Dettmering of Buckley, IL..

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704).
