He was predeceased by: his former wife Juanita. He is survived by: his wife Mildred (Balch); his children, Randy (Jenni), Tammy Kirby (Harold Riddle) and Kim Lewis (Jeff); and his stepchildren, Darrell Balch (Sarah), Mike Balch (Annie), Amy Willams (Keith), Angie Warfield (Scott) and Nathan Balch.
