She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cook and Lucille Reese Cook; her husband Peter Summers; and her sisters, Wilma Duggins and Henrietta Garlock.
She is survived by: her nieces, Rita Layten, Linda Lou Garlock, Kim Brandon and Jody Nettles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
