He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Rivard and Mary Ellen Farman Rivard of Kankakee, Illinois.; his siblings, James and Fran Barnett (Herb); his nephew Andrew Barnett of Cordova, TN; his brother Tom Rivard (Linda) of Kaiser; and his brother-in-law Al Cote.
He is survived by: his wife Susan (Su); his siblings, Marguerite Cote (Al), Mary Martin (Jeff), Catherine Hahs (Lee) of The Villages, Fla., Joe Rivard (Sherry) of The Villages, Fla., John Rivard (Gloria) of Arvada, CO., Steve Rivard (Chris) of Wyzata, MN and Phillip Rivard (Patty) of Grand Rapids, MI; and his brothers-in-law, Herb Barnett of Collierville, TN and Jon Kleinman (Mary) of The Villages, Fla. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may also be made to the Tunnel To Towers Foundation supporting first responders and veterans, the Chicago District Golf Foundation serving individuals with disabilities, youth and veterans, or plant a tree in Mark's name through the Arbor Day Foundation (http://www.arborday.org.).
