Mary Ann Bloom Obituary

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mary Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Firling and Helen Firling. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Bloom (Kirk VanOpdorp); and her brother Conrad Firling (Martha). She is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Giles Catholic Church (1045 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
