He was predeceased by: his mother Verna Eastham (Phelps); his son Jason Eastham; and his uncle Richard Eastham. He is survived by: his father Paul Eastham; his children, Mikayla Eastham, Janelle Santinelli (Jay), Chad Orris, Christopher Orris and Kaeleigh Clark; his grandchildren, Madison Santinelli, Abrie Santinelli, Landyn Bateson, Kyle Eastham, Dalton Slade Jr. and Serenity Smith; his great grandchild Max Eastham; and his siblings, Dan Eastham and Lisa Eastham. He is also survived by his friends and family.
