He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Rimshas and Josephine Rimshas (Janushewski); his parents-in-law, Jim and Margie Keen; and his sister Marj Madison.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rimshas of Bloomington; his children, Shelly Hart (Michael) of Bloomington, Holly Kansiawala of Normal and Jesse Rimshas (Karen) of Ishpeming, Michigan; his grandchildren, Victoria Lush (Anthony), Aubree Ankenbrandt (Shawn), Autumn Hart, Alyssa Hart, Ashlee Hart, Anthony Rimshas, Thomas Rimshas and Isabella Rimshas; and his great grandchildren, Emerson Lush and Easton Lush.
Memorials are suggested to the Freedom Baptist Church Missionary Fund.
