He was predeceased by: his father James Withrow; and his sisters, Malea Sue Withrow, Rebecca Jo Withrow and Beth. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Newton Withrow of Decatur, Illinois; his wife Hilarie Withrow; his children, Stewart Dorsey of Metamora, Illinois, Shelby Withrow of Metamora, Illinois, Noah Whitson of Bloomington, Illinois and Suzi O'Shea (Jody Frye) of Washington, DC.; his granddaughter Farrin Parr of Metamora, Illinois.; his siblings, Kimberly Withrow, Paula and David; his niece Sarah Harbin (Mickey) of Urbana; and his great-nephew Xander Harbin of Urbana.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calvert & Metzler Memorial (1115 E Washington St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to his family to assist with funeral expenses.
