With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michelle Stauffer (Bloomington, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Jackson and Grace Jackson; her daughter Kelsey Stauffer; her brother Glenn Shaffer; and her sister-in-law Vicky Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Giesel (Joseph), Eric Stauffer (Michelle) and Amanda Stauffer; her siblings, Melissa "Lisa" Jackson Matheny (Tom Blan), Dan Jackson (Jamie) and Kurt Jackson; her sister-in-law Cecilila Shaffer (David Stauffer); and her grandchildren, Sean, Ben Giesel, Caroline and Cole Stauffer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
