She is survived by: her husband Leland Holtz of Bloomington; her children, Jeffrey Holtz (Gina) of Bloomington and Karen Harris (Tom) of Destin Fl; her daughter-in-law Shelly Holtz of Riverview, FL; her son Dr. Robert Holtz (Christina) of College Station, TX; her grandchildren, Brandon Holtz (Elizabeth), Brent Holtz (Robyn), Brooke Holtz, Brock Holtz, Molli Wey (Jon), Blake Harris (Samantha), Ashley Holtz (Kurt Thoreson), Courtney Laird (Marc), Austin Holtz, Adam Holtz and Natalya Holtz; and her great grandchildren, Baker Holtz, Stone Holtz, Ripley Holtz, Brysen Morris, Paisley Morris, Maggie Wey, Jack Wey, Madison Harris, Grace Harris and Ava Laird.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church in Bloomington or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
