With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Natalie J. Forbes in Bloomington, Illinois, born in Richmond, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Natalie left this world on May 4, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Natalie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Natalie. Though Natalie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Kocher and Vivian Kocher; her husband Robert "Bob" Forbes; and her sister Elizabeth (Bob). She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Jim Forbes (Mary), Kitty Mitchell (John), Jack Forbes (Judy), Rick Forbes (Barb) and Peggy Pollack (Wayne).

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church (1971 Dougherty Ferry Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, House Springs, MO.
